How to Use My VoIP in Outlook
Voice over Internet Protocol integration with Microsoft Outlook has been a major step in unified communications. One of the downsides of this move, however, is that VoIP providers are using proprietary plugins. Instead of a universal VoIP integration plugin, you have to find out if your provider offers Outlook integration, then install its specific software. Luckily, most of the major VoIP providers offer Outlook plugins, so the likelihood that integration exists for your setup is high.
