How Can I Disable the Auto Window Resize?
Windows 7 comes with a utility called the Ease of Access Center that makes it easier to focus on tasks. The utility includes options for voice control, changing the appearance of Windows elements and making the keyboard and mouse easier to use. By default, Windows enables a feature that resizes a window if you move it close to the top of the screen. However, you can turn this setting off if you do not want windows to resize automatically.
