How to Download Movies Using Orbit

Online videos are increasingly popular, and often you will wish to save some of the videos you find online on websites such as YouTube to your hard drive. The easiest way is with a free application called Orbit Downloader. Once installed, Orbit Downloader enables you to save videos with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Instructions

    • 1

      Visit the Orbit Downloader page (see Resources). Click the "Download Now" button to download the application's set-up file.

      Run the set-up program and follow the prompts to install the program. You may need to close open web browsers at the time of installation.

      Visit the website hosting the video you wish to download and press the "Play" button on the video.

      Hover your cursor over the video.

    • 5

      Press the "Get It" button when it appears over the video.

    • 6

      Press the "OK" button on the pop-up dialog once the video has been recognized to begin the download.
