Play the Microsoft Game Spider Solitaire

Spider Solitare is an alternative to Solitare. In this game, however, you match the cards not only in descending order, but by suit. Three difficulty levels used are easy, medium, and difficult, and this selects how many suits will be played in the game. Many of the same rules from Solitare apply to Spider Solitare.

Instructions

    • 1

Click on Start on the bottom left hand of desktop screen. From the pop-up menu, click on All Programs. Choose Games, then Spider Solitare.

    • 2

Open the game and choose easy, medium, or difficult. Place your face-up cards in this the order of K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, A. When playing with multiple suits, each suit must be played with its same like suit. Move cards on your board to reveal a covered card.

    • 3

Press the "Deal!" tab or click on a card in the bottom right corner of your screen if you can not make a move.

    • 4

Complete all the stacks and uncover all cards to win. Use the least number of moves possible as this affects your score. The game is over when your board is empty.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are a beginner, start with the easy option as this is only one suit. As you grow more comfortable with the game, challenge yourself with the medium difficulty.
