The next time you see a picture on the Internet that makes you smile, make a copy of it to keep for yourself. Similar to if you were standing in front of a billboard on the street and held up your camera to take a snapshot, you can capture a web page picture with a single computer click. With the sheer diversity of pictures on the Internet, you'll find items to use as a desktop background, avatars and icons, printable stationery and even bookmark designs. In just a few moves, you'll have web page image inspiration.

Step 2

Zoom in to just the picture on the page by pulling down your zoom menu, which may be in the bottom right corner of your screen, and increasing the size to 400 percent or the amount that frames just the picture on your monitor if you'd like. Otherwise, you will capture the entire web page the picture is on.
