Once you select the MasterCard that is right for you, you can begin the application process.

      Visit MasterCard's homepage (see Resources) and click on the option to view all credit cards.

      Click your mouse on the "Apply Now" button next to the MasterCard credit card that has the rates and benefits that best meets your needs.

      Fill out the boxes on the application. This will include your full name, address, telephone number, Social Security number, mother's maiden name and income information. If you are requesting a balance transfer, you will be able to add that information at this time.

      Read the terms and conditions before you finish applying to the MasterCard credit card of your choice. You don't want to get stuck paying an annual fee, or get charged a high interest rate.
