The 2007 Honda FourTrax Rincon ATV takes the guess work out of determining oil change intervals by including an oil change indicator. The indicator tracks mileage and engine RPMs to determine when an oil change is needed. It displays this information in the driver information display. Once you see this indicator, you should change the oil as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary engine wear. Once you change the oil, you must manually reset the indicator.
Locate the oil change icon located in the bottom left of the driver information display, just above the time. It should read "Oil Change."
Press the "Odometer/Tripmeter" button and the "Reset" button at the same time. They are the two buttons at the bottom left of the display. Hold the buttons until the "Oil Change" indicator disappears. This applies to the TRX680FA model of the Rincon.
