How to Get the Vercetti Gang to Help You in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

In the video game "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City," you assume the role of a hitman named Tommy Vercetti who commits crimes to build his criminal organization and seek revenge on those who wronged him. In the game, you can hire bodyguards to protect you as you traverse the game's setting of Vice City, which is based on the real-life city of Miami, Florida.

Instructions

1. Play through the game, complete all of the missions, buy all of property and find all of the hidden items and jumps until you have a 100 percent completion level.

2. Return to your mansion, and enter the TV room. Three bodyguards will be waiting for you to hire them.

3. Approach the shaft of light in front of a bodyguard to hire him. The cost to hire a bodyguard is $2,000.

4. Continue playing, and the guards will kill anyone who tries to attack you.

Tips & Warnings

• Other benefits to having 100 percent completion include double the armor and health for your character, double the health for your car and infinite ammunition for your weapons.
