How to Get Every Pokemon With the Action Replay Code on "Pokemon Pearl"
"Action Replay" is video game program that allows users to access cheat codes not readily available for games. "Pokemon Pearl" offers a big challenge to players: capturing the more than 400 Pokemon found in the game to fill a Pokedex. Both "Action Replay for the DS" and the "DS Action Replay Ultimate Codes for "Pokémon" can unlock all Pokemon. Like previous "Action Replay" devices, users can also enter and use a variety of other cheat codes for most Pokemon games available on the DS.

Turn off the DS. Insert either the "Action Replay" or the "NDS Ultimate Cheats for Pokemon" version into DS's cartridge slot, as you would a regular game. Then insert "Pokemon Pearl" into the Action Replay's cartridge slot located at the top.

Turn on the DS. A screen will appear giving users a warning that "Action Replay" is not endorsed by Nintendo. Press "A" to continue. From the Action Replay menu, press the star icon with your finger. A list of cheats will appear. Scroll down using the arrow keys on your DS. Using your finger, select the "100% Pokedex" option. Once selected, a green check mark will indicate that the code is now activated.

Press the "Start" logo from the cheat menu list. Using your finger, select "Start" to starting playing the game. The game will automatically load. Upon entering into the game, all Pokemon will be unlocked.

Tips & Warnings
You must leave the "Action Replay" inside the DS while playing the game; removal of the device will cause a loss in game data.
