Forwarding an email message from your Optonline account can be convenient in that in can save you the hassle of retyping an entire message to pass it along to a third party. By clicking a button and specifying the recipients, you can send an entire message comprised of text and/or graphics instantly. The process is simple, and if you have any experience with email, you will have no trouble picking it up. Even if this is your first time, you do not need extensive computer knowledge to perform the procedure.

  • Click the "Forward" button. On an Optonline account, it is located above the list of messages in your inbox and is represented by an envelope with a green arrow pointing to the right. The message will pop up with an area for your to add your own message at the top.

  • Add the recipients' email addresses in the "To" box. You can either type in the full email address or add it from your existing contacts.

  • Type any message you want to add in the body of the email. This is not required, as you can simply forward the original without adding anything further.

  • Click "Send."
