Some 2005 Chrysler 300C models are equipped with an optional navigation system. This system replaces the stock radio and includes a radio tuner and a slot for a CD player. The navigation system is a DVD-based system, rather than a GPS system. This means the vehicle comes with a DVD disc. You may need to remove the disc to install an upgrade disc, or if you are travelling in an area not covered by the current disc.
Turn on the engine of your 2005 Chrysler 300 to activate the electronics.
Locate the "Load/Eject" button in the top left corner of the navigation screen. Push the button. The navigation screen will tilt down, exposing the DVD load slot.
Push the "Eject" button next to the DVD load slot. After a second or two, the navigation DVD will slide partially out.
Pull the disc straight out and store it in its case for safekeeping.
