Watch for any item(s) that you do not recognize or remember ordering. Also, periodically, you may experience interruptions or problems with your services. Comcast must repair the problem and credit your account.

  • Contact Comcast's customer service department if you find a charge on your billing statement that you want to dispute. Have a copy of your bill available to provide the customer service representative with the precise line item and amount that you are disputing.

  • Document the date, time and duration when you experience service disruption. Call Comcast's repair department and ask that credit be extended on your next bill for the time your service was down.

  • Compare current offers. Visit the company's website periodically to see what bundles or specials are being offered. If the price is lower than the price you currently pay, contact Comcast to switch to the lower-priced package.
