      Mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into an 8-ounce glass of cold water. Stir thoroughly to combine the mixture.

      Add 1 teaspoon of honey to sweeten the drink. If you find the drink too pungent, honey will accent the flavors to make them more palatable.
