Quickly change the DVD region code in Windows.

Responsible for determining which locale a DVD can be distributed in, region codes are used by the motion-picture industry for controlling the release of their media. In many cases, a DVD is released on separate dates in different regions. By using region codes, the industry attempts to prevent or limit the distribution of the media to those regions that have not yet had an official release. On most devices, you can change the region code a limited number of times. If you have an HP G1 laptop and you want to change the region code of your DVD drive, you can make this change in the Device Manager.
