How to Speed up the Download Time of a Video on iTunes
You can download full movies through the iTunes store and save them on your computer. Once downloaded and decompressed, you can play those files on your PC or even burn them to a disk and use them in your DVD player. There is a program that helps you download videos to your computer faster.
Instructions

1
Download the iTune's add-on called Autobahn (See References). It cuts your movie into smaller parts. Each part is downloaded separately, making the downloads run at a faster pace. Once the pieces are downloaded, the program splices the clips together so that you have a full, uninterrupted video. This program also optimizes your Internet connection to provide fast-streaming video without it being grainy or blurry.
-
2
Install Autobahn by following the onscreen instructions. The file is small so it should take under a minute to complete the installation.

3
Open iTunes and find a video you would like to download.
-
4
Click "Start" and Autobahn begins running in the background. It doesn't have its own window.

Tips & Warnings
iTunes is capable of playing files compressed in the following formats: MP3s, AIFFs, WAVs, MPEG-4s, AACs and Apple Lossless.
Firefox also has a browser add-on that serves the same purpose called "Download them All." You can use Firefox's add-on in place of Autobahn if you rather not have anything installed and running on your PC.
Close all other programs. When running iTunes and either streaming or downloading video, closing your other programs can shorten the download time by a significant amount. Doing so allows iTunes to use as much memory as it needs without being suffocated by sharing it with other programs such as the Internet, watching videos on YouTube or using Microsoft Word.
