How to Copy From iPod to iTouch
The contents of an iPod can be copied to your iTunes library using special software, and then you can upload it to an iPod Touch.

Download, install and open iRip software (See Resources). It will allow you to copy songs from an iPod to your iTunes, which is an operation that Apple neither condones nor offers any tips or software.

Plug the iPod into your computer. Allow iRip a few moments to detect it and display its contents in the iRip window.

Select the tracks you wish to later copy to the iTouch. Copy them directly to the iTunes library by clicking the "Rip" button at the top right of the iRip window.

Disconnect the iPod when you are finished extracting the desired files from it.

Connect the iPod Touch to your computer.

Open iTunes.

Locate the files that you copied from the iPod to the iTunes library.

Drag-and-drop the files into the iTouch as you normally would add any other files to it.
