How to Reduce Jowls in PhotoShop
Although it may not be the fountain of youth, Adobe Photoshop CS4 offers special effects that can make a person look younger and more fit. As a common facial feature targeted for touchup, jowls can be reduced by applying selected tools in the problem areas. With practice, the Liquefy effect improves jowls nearly as well as and certainly less painfully than cosmetic surgery.

Tips & Warnings
Take care to maintain natural facial curves when changing the shape of a face.
Use the Liquefy filter in tandem with the Smudge tool to reduce the severity of deep facial wrinkles.
Do not become too ambitious in fixing facial features, because you can rapidly cause a person to become unrecognizable.
