How to Print Blank Forms in Access 2007

You can create a new form in Microsoft Access 2007 by adding a blank form to your database. You can add fields to your form through the Field List pane. If you want to print out a blank form, however, you cannot add any fields to it. Printing out a blank form can be useful if you want to create your own form on paper or to create a rough draft of a form you want to create later in Access 2007.

      Click your computer's "Start" button and click on "All Programs."

      Click the "Microsoft Access 2007" option from the list of programs and the application will open on your screen.

      Click the "Create" tab and click the "Blank Form" button from the "Forms" group. A blank form will open in Layout view.

      Click the "Microsoft Office" button and move your mouse cursor over the "Print" option.

      Click the "Print Preview" option to verify that the blank form appears the way you want. Click the "Print" button and the blank form will print.
