Download the Adobe Flash Player add-on for Mozilla Firefox. From the website, click "Download now" under the Adobe Flash Player area. If this doesn't help, go to the next step.

Uninstall previous versions of Flash Player. Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller from the Adobe website. Save the uninstaller file in a secured location on your hard disk. Double-click to run the uninstaller. Click "Yes" when you get the following message: "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" Restart the computer after uninstalling. Attempt to install Flash Player 10.

Click "Allow" if you get a warning on a yellow bar that says "Firefox prevented this site (get.adobe.com) from asking you to install software on your computer."
