How to Transfer iPhone Photos to iTunes on an iMac Computer
An iMac is a line of desktop computers manufactured and marketed by Apple Inc. The iMac stores and organizes photos in iPhoto, a built-in component of the Mac OS X operating system. By syncing your iPhone with the iTunes program on your iMac computer, you can transfer your iPhone photos to the iPhoto program on your iMac.

Attach the iPhone data cable to the bottom of your iPhone. Connect the other end of the data cable to an available USB port on your iMac.

Open the iTunes program on your iMac.

Select your iPhone from the list of "Devices" on the left-hand side of the iTunes window.

Click the "Photos" tab.

Select "iPhoto" from the drop-down menu and then choose the option "All photos, albums and events."

Click the "Apply" button to sync your iPhone with iTunes and transfer your iPhone's photos to your iMac.

Tips & Warnings
When you open the iPhoto program on your iMac, you will see a new folder with the photos from your iPhone.
