  • Black tea bag
  • Cotton ball

      Place cold spoons or a bag of frozen peas over eyes for five minutes to reduce puffiness.

      Dab under-eye area with a moist black tea bag to increase circulation, reduce puffiness and diminish dark circles.

    Eye Cream

      Scan your local drug store's beauty section for an eye cream that reduces dark circles and puffiness.

      Read the ingredient list on the package. Common ingredients used to diminish dark circles, bags and puffiness include vitamin K, green tea, caffeine, cucumber and aloe.

    Makeup
