Instructions

    • 1

Swirl an eyeshadow brush into a dark brown eyeshadow. This is a good neutral color to use. Lighter skin looks good with taupe colors, and darker colors are needed for darker skin tones.

    • 2

Tap off the excess powder, and sweep the brush across both eyelids. The eyeshadow should cover the lower eyelid and most of the upper eyelid.

    • 3

Swirl an eyeshadow brush into a charcoal, plum or copper eyeshadow. These shades add a burst of color while still flattering the dark skin tone.

    • 4

Tap off the excess powder and sweep the brush back and forth onto the natural crease that separates the lower lid and upper lid. Blend the color down onto your lower lid and up a tiny bit above the crease.
