How to Copy URLs From the Address Bar in IE
Copying URLs straight from the address bar can be a quick way to transfer a Web address to a new Internet tab or document. Copying a URL can be performed using your mouse, keyboard shortcut or from the "Edit" drop-down menu in Internet Explorer.

Left-click at the end of the URL in the address bar you want to copy to highlight it.

Right-click the highlighted URL, then click "Copy" in the drop-down box that appears. The URL is now copied.

Press "Ctrl" and "C" on your keyboard while the URL is highlighted as an alternative way to copy it.

Click the "Edit" drop-down menu located at the top of Internet Explorer, then click "Copy" to copy the highlighted URL.

Once copied, the URL can be pasted into a word document, email or another address bar.
