How to Change the Rear Blinker Bulb on a 2007 Saturn Outlook

The Saturn Outlook is a an SUV that has been manufactured by General Motors since 2006. Changing the rear blinker bulb on the 2007 Outlook is simple and straightforward, as accessing any of the rear light bulbs is easy. The job won't take you long, and the only tool you'll need is a screwdriver, along with Saturn replacement bulb #3157LL.

      Park the Outlook on a level surface and turn off the engine. Lift the rear door of the vehicle.

      Remove the two Torx screws on the inside of the vehicle behind the taillights. Pull out the taillight assembly. There are four electrical connectors, one for each bulb. The turn signal bulb is the third bulb from the top. Pull out its electrical connector.

      Pull out the turn signal bulb. Grasp the replacement bulb with a paper towel and insert it into the taillight assembly until it clicks.

      Reattach the electrical connector. Slide the taillight assembly back into the Outlook and reattach it with the two Torx screws. Close the rear door and test the new light.

Tips & Warnings

  • Never touch the turn signal bulb with your bare hands. Hot spots may form and result in a shorter bulb life.
