How to Check the Status of a Florida Drivers License
Alcohol-related incidents, traffic violations, lack of auto insurance and delinquency in child support are just a few reasons why your driver's license could be revoked or suspended in Florida. If you have any doubt about the status of your driver's license, take advantage of Florida's Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, or DHSMV, online license check tool. Your driver's license number is the only information that's required to check the status of your license online. If you're inquiring about your license status using the DHSMV's email response form, you'll also need to provide your date of birth and have access to an email address.
