Move all calendar appointments by using the Category view in Outlook.

Outlook calendars can be moved by changing the view of your calendar to a format that can be moved. Once the format is changed, use keyboard shortcuts or the Edit menu to quickly cut and paste all of the calendar contents to a new calendar. After the move is complete, change your view back to original view to see your cut appointments displayed on the new calendar.

      Open Outlook 2003 and select your "Calendar" from the Navigation Pane. Click the "View" button on the menu bar. Select "Current View." Select "Categories." Your calendar is displayed into a grouped listing.

      Select "Edit" on the menu bar. Click "Select All." Select "Edit" again and select "Cut." This prepares the information to be moved from this calendar to the destination you copy it to.

      Select another calendar from the Navigation Pane and click "View." Select "Current View." Select "Categories." Your calendar is displayed into a grouped listing.

      Select "Edit" on the menu bar. Click "Select All." Select "Edit" again and select "Paste." The appointments are pasted from the first calendar into this current calendar. Change the view by clicking "View" and "Current View." Select "Day/Week/Month" to see your appointments displayed on the new calendar.
