How to Open RIA Files

Opening RIA file extensions is not much different than doing opening other Windows file extensions.

RIA files are files associated with Alpharel Group IV Raster Graphics, which are available for viewing from free programs available online (see References). You can simply open and view these files, but if there is a problem, a simple fix should help solve any viewing issues.

Instructions

1. Double-click to open the RIA file. You can also right-click and select "Open" on a Windows computer to open the RIA file. The RIA file should open with the appropriate program you have set for viewing RIA file extensions on your computer, such as Adobe Reader or another RIA-specific software.

2. Download a compatible RIA file-viewing program if your system cannot open the file on its own. Your computer may also have a registry problem that needs fixing before it can open the RIA extension.

3. Run a free Windows registry scan online from a credible website (see References) if your computer simply will not run or open an RIA file. These websites are available for free use. Running a registry scan should fix any errors and issues you may be having when attempting to open RIA file extensions.
