How to Print With Bluetooth in Linux
Bluetooth is a shortwave wireless technology used for pairing portable devices, computers, printers and cell phones. You can send information from your Bluetooth device to another device and receive data at the same time. If you are running Ubuntu Linux, you can set up your Bluetooth printer in a matter of minutes.

Click the top-left menu bar on Ubuntu's desktop and go to Applications, Accessories and open Terminal. This is a text command line utility that allows you to configure a number of functions for Ubuntu.

Switch on your Bluetooth printer, type "hcitool scan" into Terminal and press "Enter." If you see an output that looks like the following, your printer is recognized on the system:

Type "hidd --connect 00:16:38:C2:6B:79," replacing the string of number with the ones that appeared after "Scanning..." in Step 2.

Go to System, Administration, open Printing and click "New." Go to "New Printer/Select Device" and "Other." In the "URI:" "bluetooth://" box, copy the string of numbers from Step 2, excluding the semicolons this time, and click "Forward." Select your printer from the drop-down list and click "Apply." This sets up your Bluetooth printer.
