How to Have Healthy Split End Free Hair
Constantly blow drying, straightening, and curling your hair leads to hair that is damaged with split ends. Split ends can move upward and break off, leading to hair that is thin and prone to breakage. There is no way to get rid of split ends except to cut them, so prevention is key. Trim off any existing split ends. This stops the split end from moving higher and creating more breakage.

Use a heat-protecting spray or serum every time you blow dry, straighten or curl hair. This helps protect your hair against the heat created by these styling products. If possible, limit the number of times you use a hot styling product.

Use conditioner every time you wash your hair. In addition to your regular conditioner, use a deep conditioner once a weak. It is also helpful to use a moisturizing shampoo. Shampoo that dries out your hair can lead to breakage and split ends.

Comb your hair with a wide-tooth comb after every shower. Hair is most fragile and easy to break when wet. Comb your hair gently to reduce breakage.
