Instructions

    • 1

Create a small horizontal part near the base of your neck.

    • 2

Use hair clips to pin the rest of your hair up and out of the way.

    • 3

Remove the long weft of weave from the packaging that it came in.

    • 4

Hold one end of the weft of weave in one hand. Hold the rest of the weft in the other hand. Place the weft of weave on top of the part to determine the correct length for the weft. Cut the weft to match the length of the part.

    • 5

Place the cut weft of weave on a flat surface. The stitched side of the weft should be facing upwards.

    • 6

Place a thin layer of weave bonding glue on the weft. The glue should extend from one end of the weft to the other end.

    • 7

Pick up the weft of weave by the ends. If you get a little bit of glue on your hands, it is okay because you can easily rub it off.

    • 8

Place the weft onto the part that was made at the base of your neck. Be sure that you do not place the weft onto you hair, only the part.

    • 9

Press and hold down the weft until it dries. This can take anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on the type of bonding glue you are using.

    • 10

Continue parting your hair as you work your way upwards. The parts should be made based on the hairstyle you are trying to create.

    • 11

Repeat steps 3 through 9 until your hair has been completely weaved.
