Google has a toolbar that can be installed on either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, and it offers many options to make your searching and Internet use easier. One of these options is the AutoFill tool, which can store profiles and credit or debit cards and will automatically fill in forms you use on the Web. It is simple to set up, and you can add as many profiles or credit/debit cards as you would like for future use.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can add a password to your credit card information if you want by clicking the checkbox next to "Request password," and then creating one.

  • If you use several different browsers, add this information to all your browsers, and use the same password information to protect it so that you won't forget which password went to which browser.

  • Do not fill in AutoFill profiles or credit card information on public computers or any computer that does not belong to you.

  • It is possible to get viruses from downloads such as the Google Toolbar. Make sure you are at the legitimate site and that you know what you are downloading before doing so.
