      Go to your "Start" menu and click "Run."

      Enter the phrase "regedit" and hit the "Enter" button.

      Click "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders" in your computer registry editor.

      Right-click your mouse on the words "Common Administrator Tools" on your registry editor screen.

      Enter the phrase "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools" in the data window.

      Click "File" and hit "Enter."

      Reboot your laptop or desktop.
