Remote starters are popular additions to keyless entry systems and commonplace on a variety of vehicles around the world. If you have a remote starter on your car, then you will have a remote control that is programmed to a transmitter in your car's engine which you can use to start your car from within your house or up to hundreds of feet away in the street. Using the remote starter is as simple as knowing what buttons to press and at what times.

Instructions

      Make sure your car is turned off and press and release the "Lock" button on your remote until the locks click once.

      Press and hold the starter button on your remote for a few seconds until the lights on the car flash and the car starts. The car will then remain on for ten minutes and then turn off.

      Restart your car again by pressing "Lock" again and holding the remote start button again until the car turns on.

      Turn off the automatic starter while the ignition is on by pressing the "Lock" button unil the locks click and pressing the starter button until the engine turns off.
