- Flesh-toned Long Underwear

- Sports Apparel & Shoes
- Brown Permanent Markers
- Weight Belts

Step 1
Buy acrylic stuffing material, take it out of the package and pull it apart with your fingers until it is easily malleable.
-
Step 2
Put on a pair of flesh-toned long johns.
-
Step 3
Pull off sections of the stuffing and shove them into the top of one sleeve around your biceps. Shape the stuffing into 'muscles,' filling the top of the sleeve until the material pulls tight across the stuffing. Repeat the same process with the other arm.
-
Step 4
Create 'pecs' by arranging more stuffing across your chest under your shirt.
-
Step 5
Place stuffing around your thighs as well, shaping the bunting into bulging TK muscles.
-
Step 6
Don a tank top and shorts over the long underwear.
-
Step 7
Draw lines to accentuate your 'muscles' using a brown marker.
-
Step 8
Put on your socks and tennis shoes.
-
Step 9
Practice making flexing movements.

on 11/22/2005 Wear spandex shorts, which you can get for about $5. The shorter the better!

on 11/22/2005 Add to the effect by wearing a blond wig and whitening your teeth. Use fake tan on your face. Guys, if you are going with a wife/girlfriend, have her dress in a bikini and be your groupie.
