How to Restore a Documents Folder in Vista
In Windows Vista, several of the folders under your user folder--such as the Documents folder--have special icons. If you delete the Documents folder, you can recreate it, but it will appear with the generic yellow folder icon rather than the original Documents icon. By creating a new Documents folder and editing a folder inside it, you can restore the folder along with its original appearance.
