How to Check Shaw Voicemail
Voicemail is an answering service that forwards unanswered calls from your home phone to a provider-based phone for retrieval at a later time. A feature offered through Shaw, a Canadian communications company, voicemail service is easy to use.

From Your Home Phone or Another Line

Dial "*98" from your home phone or dial your home number from another line other than your home phone.

Wait for the greeting to play and then enter your password followed by "#." If calling from another phone press the "*" key to bypass the greeting and then enter your password followed by "#."

Wait for your messages to be retrieved. Follow the prompts to skip and save messages.
Using Your City Voicemail Access Number

Dial your the access phone number for your city (see references).

Enter your phone number and your password.

Follow the prompts to check your messages.
International Retrieval

Use the toll-free numbers 866-656-7429 or 866-677-7429 if you are in the United States, or from any location in Canada.
