How to Watch Digital Cable Channels Using a PC TV Tuner thumbnail
A PC tuner card lets you watch TV on a standard computer monitor.

A PC tuner card connects via a USB or internal PCI card slot to your computer, giving it the ability to connect to outside audio/video devices, including a cable receiver. Once hooked up, you can view digital cable stations. Hooking up the digital cable receiver to a tuner card on your computer is similar to connecting the receiver to any standard television.
