Large pores tend to be genetic or due to having oily skin. While there are pores all over the body, they appear more noticeable on and around the nose. This can lead to clogged pores, which leads to acne and blackheads. The proper skin care routine for your skin type can help to keep your facial pores clean. Instructions

Wash your skin once or twice daily. Clean your skin in the morning and before you go to bed at night. This keeps oil from building up on your skin or in your pores. Do not wash your skin more than twice daily. Otherwise, you can dry out your skin and cause irritation.

Exfoliate your nose two times per week. Doing this removes oil and dead skin cells from the nose. Use an exfoliating facial scrub and a soft washcloth. Scrub gently in small circles. Wash the scrub off with warm water and the washcloth.

    • 3

Steam your pores after you exfoliate. Fill a large bowl with hot water and add two drops of tea tree oil if you like. Hold your face five or six inches above the bowl and steam it for five minutes. Your pores will open up and shed any debris.

Apply a facial mask that contains fruity ingredients or clay. Either one will help clean out pores and deep clean them. Use the mask once or twice per week. Each time, allow the facial mask to remain on the skin for 15 minutes. Wash it off with a warm washcloth.

Tips & Warnings
