How to Display Document Properties in Word 2007
If you made several specific changes to a document using the Microsoft Office Word 2007 application, then you can edit and display the document properties at any time. Displaying the document properties is a useful way for multiple users to view how the document was created. For example, if you created a document for your work or business, you can include the contact information for your company in the document properties for other users to see.

Open the Microsoft Word 2007 file in which you want to display document properties.

Click on the “Microsoft Office” button from the top toolbar ribbon menu and click on the “Prepare” option.

Click on “Properties” and the Document Information Panel will open above your document.

Add any document property information that you want in the information panel, such as server name or file size.

Click on the “Microsoft Office” button again and click on the “Save” option to save all of your changes.
