If you made several specific changes to a document using the Microsoft Office Word 2007 application, then you can edit and display the document properties at any time. Displaying the document properties is a useful way for multiple users to view how the document was created. For example, if you created a document for your work or business, you can include the contact information for your company in the document properties for other users to see.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the Microsoft Word 2007 file in which you want to display document properties.

    • 2

Click on the “Microsoft Office” button from the top toolbar ribbon menu and click on the “Prepare” option.

    • 3

    • 4

Add any document property information that you want in the information panel, such as server name or file size.

    • 5

Click on the “Microsoft Office” button again and click on the “Save” option to save all of your changes.
