How to Insert the Solution Center CD

Windows Solution Center allows a computer user to correct many of the problems that can arise over time. The Solution Center CD is provided along with the other installation discs for the computer. When the Solution Center is not installed on a computer, a screen will pop up from time to time stating that installation is required. The first time the Solution Center CD is inserted into the computer can seem confusing for a beginner, but Solution Center installs automatically upon loading the CD. Inserting the Solution Center CD properly is all you have to worry about.

      Press the eject button on the computer's CD-ROM drive. It may take a moment for the drive to open, so be patient.

      Place the Solution Center disc on the CD tray, with the graphic portion face up. The hollow portion of the CD should be placed over the round piece in the middle of the CD tray. Push the CD into place until you hear a clicking sound.

      Close the CD-ROM tray and wait for the computer to read and load the CD. The on-screen instructions will walk you through the rest of the installation process.
