How to Rotate a Desktop Screen in Vista
Windows Vista has a built-in feature that will let you rotate your desktop screen horizontally and vertically. You can use simple hotkeys to turn the screen upside down, 90º clockwise or 90º counter-clockwise. This feature can be useful for people who have a large monitor or are using a laptop. It also comes in handy if you are trying to view an image that needs to be rotated, because it's much quicker to just rotate your desktop using keyboard shortcuts rather than saving the image to your computer, opening it in an image editing application, and adjusting its orientation.
