How to Remove the Reddish Orange From Blonde Colored Hair

How to Remove the Reddish Orange From Blonde Colored Hair thumbnail
Dry, bleached hair may require deep conditioning products.

While lightening hair at home, many people have experienced the surprise of being left with shades of orange or red in their hair. Hair lightens easily from brown to reddish brown then to orange. When the hair is at the orange stage, only a bleach will work to further lighten the hair. Unless your hair is naturally light colored, the process will stop at the reddish/orange stage when using an over-the-counter kit. If you have been left with red or orange color in your hair, visit a beauty supply store for products that correct this. Does this Spark an idea?
