Google Sync is a Google product that allows you to sync your Google applications with your iPhone, Windows Mobile, Nokia or Blackberry smartphones. If your company uses a Google App account, your team can use Google Sync to update calendars, Gmail accounts and contacts. In order to use Google Sync with your Google Apps account, it must first be enabled in the Google Apps settings.

      Log on to Google Apps as an administrator.

      Click the "Service Settings" menu at the top of the page.

      Choose the "Mobile" option.

      Click the button next to "Enable Google Sync" to turn on that option.

      Click the "Save Changes" button.
