How to Get a Journeyman Plumbing License in Pennsylvania
A journeyman plumber needs a license in order to work legally. In Pennsylvania, the counties and cities issue journeyman plumbing licenses, so the procedures vary across the state. Generally, the plumber has to gain plumbing experience as an apprentice working under licensed plumbers and pass an examination set by the county or city.
