Open the flap on the top of the Lexmark 1200 scanner.

Place the item you want to scan face-down. Make sure to align the item with the arrow indicated on the scanner. Close the scanner flap.

Open the "Lexmark All-In-One" program on your PC, found in the "Lexmark 1200 Series" folder in the "Start Menu."

Click "Preview Now" to preview the scan of the item.

Click "Scan Now" when satisfied with the preview, to scan your item.
