How to Send Remote Assistance Request With Vista

Windows Remote Assistance is a helpful tool that enables IT professionals to log on to another person's computer remotely and operate the system. This allows the IT person to fix a problem on someone's operating system without having to walk through the steps over the phone or through email. When you experience a problem in Windows Vista that you need assistance with, you must send a Remote Assistance request to get help. Windows Firewall will block Remote Assistance if it hasn't been added to the list of exceptions. That is the most common reason people experience difficulty sending requests with Vista.
