1
Review the Vancouver Housing Authority subsidized housing eligibility requirements and the housing options available. You must meet certain income guidelines to qualify for VHA-subsidized housing. The Resources section includes a link to current income guidelines. According to the VHA, registered sex offenders are not eligible, nor are any households with a member who has been convicted of a drug offense, who has an eviction history or who owes money to the VHA or another housing authority. Disabled individuals must also obtain Social Security Disability Insurance or Supplemental Security Income or have a certification from their doctor.

Contact the VHA to obtain an application for subsidized housing by phone, email or in person. Not all available subsidized housing options are available for application at all times, so check with the VHA to verify which housing option you can apply for at that time.
