   Only add your URL once a month.

   Sign up with Submitexpress.com to have your URL added to more than 20 sites free. According to Submitexpress.com, if you submit your URL address more than once a month, search engines will consider it spamming.

4. 

   Climb to the top of Dogpile.

   Look at Freewebsubmission.com to have your URL added to its list of search engines. Although this service is free, the search engines are not well-known.
