Troubleshooting HP Deskjet 932C Double Sided Printing

HP makes various types of printers that can be used at home or in an office. When your DeskJet 932c printer is not operating normally, you will need to find and correct the problem. Problems that can occur when printing a two-sided document mainly consist of paper jams. These are indicated by a flashing Resume light on the printer. Other problems you may experience, when printing a two-sided document, include the print cartridge light being out.

Instructions

  1. Resume Light Flashing

    • 1

Insert paper into the "In" tray and then press the "Resume" button to see if the printer will continue to print the document.

    • 2

Pull out the "In" tray or "Out" tray and then see if there is paper causing a jam. Pull out any paper that is stuck inside. Press the "Resume" button on the front of the printer to see if the jam has cleared.

    • 3

Find and open the rear access door on the printer. Turn the knob on the back side of the printer to the left or counterclockwise to open the door.

    • 4

Pull out the paper that is stuck or jammed inside and then replace the access door. Press the "Resume" button again or re-print the document.

    Print Cartridge Light is Out

Press the power button on the front of the printer to turn it off.

    • 6

Find and then press the buttons that are on each side of the two-sided printing module that is attached to the printer.

    • 7

    • 8

Insert the module back in the printer, without pressing the buttons, until you hear it snap into place.

    • 9

Turn on the printer to see if the print cartridge light is now on.
