How to Embed an FLV Player With FLV Files
Flash Video Files, commonly known as FLV files, are most used with Adobe and Macromedia flash players, and usable on most operating systems. They also are known for their use with the supplemental iTunes program Quick Time and can be played on your computer easily. You can also embed these files to your websites by uploading them to a media website and creating an embed code to paste onto your website and play the file.

Open a file uploading website on your computer. These include such sites as Rapidshare, MegaUpload, zShare, SpeedyShare, HotFiles and UserShare.

Click "Browse" on the homepage of the media uploading webste and click on your FLV file in the pop-up menu. Click "Open."

Click "Upload File" when returned back to the website page and allow a few seconds for the FLV file to load to the website.

Copy the code labeled "Embed" on the following page and paste this code into your website editor or whereever you would like to embed the FLV player.
